  Wow. I got educated today about " Informing them upfront on how much I wanted spend FIRST " . Well guess what buddy, after I left your store , I went to the Mattress Firm down the street and the female sales manager there not only ended up earning my business but treated me like a VIP . Couldn't ask for more. Not only Mattress Firm was able to meet my demand but most import thing I got treated like a normal human being and not garbage. So thank you Mattress Firm and Gordon for your kind assistance. And American Mattress .. I am sorry to say that "if you continue to operate like the way I was treated ( And I am sure I am not the only one ), I don't think you will survive online competition at all in the near future. A piece of advise for you American Mattress " Don't keep expensive mattresses on the floor if you can't retain affordable attitude by the staff".
