  I recently purchased a new phone from this store. The representative said they had to make a change to my plan but will reset it. But my plan was never reset. They number they had given me to contact just goes to service and does not provide any help. I got billed $89 additional due to the changes they had done. I had to call att for hours to get this fixed and have the charges revoked. I would expect them to be more professional in handling such details. If I had not looked for it, I would have end up paying more every month.
