  Do you have last min shoppings or returns? Make sure get into the store at least 15 min ahead of the closing time otherwise you won't be let in and the reasons would be store policy, manager told to and there are no more customers(which would mostly be a lie, I experienced one.. i called the store and they told there are no customers and i started typing this, a customer came out with his son with shopping bags 15 min after my call).. pls beware.. they won't empathise whatsoever..
