  My shopping experience that could’ve turned out great became terrible due to several reasons. It takes long time to find an employee who can help, doesn’t have wide variety options and customer service is rather terrifying. My mother was once even publicly humiliated for accidentally bringing a coupon that was invalid, and we didn’t leave with smiles on our faces. I had also seen a product that was 22% off it's original price(44.99->34.99)online and since I didn't want to wait for shipping I went directly to the store and purchased it. However at the counter they charged me the original price, and when I told them that online it was 22% off, the cashier refused to give me a discount unless I show him what is online. Not having wifi or data I couldn't prove that it was on discount, and I ended up paying 10$ more than I thought I would need to. This place would be my last resort and I would rather go to one that is far away then to go here and risk the chance of being shunned. What this place can do to have a better review and opinion is to have better customer service and more variety for what various people look for in a sport's good shop. The least the cashier could've done is at least try to help or maybe look it up himself, or have a pleasant manner, or not be rude at the very least so even if I paid 10$ more than I wanted to, I could leave feeling not as messed up as I did. I have had many pleasant experiences at Dick’s and met many hardworking, caring, passionate employees that go overboard to help before, specifically at Dick’s. I’m very upset with this particular place and wouldn’t recommend this particular one, unless they become better.
