  Drove to the store over an hour because their website said they carried a particular brand of laminate flooring. Once inside could not find it, half a dozen store associates passed me and not a single one asked if I needed help (store is huge). Finally I stopped one and asked if they have this flooring he said yes and he will page someone from hardwood section to come help me. Heard him page another associate, 10 minutes later no one came (dozen more associates passed by without asking to assist). Finally stopped someone else, he said he never heard of this brand, checked his computer system and said they don’t carry it. Terrible service, wouldn’t come back here if they gave flooring away for free. Recommend to stay away from these folks.
