  Rude!! I called ahead of time to explain that I was bringing my students to shop for fabric and they never greeted me or my students. When I got to the cutting table one worker scolded me about my students not putting bolts back in the correct place. When I take my students to Vogue Fabrics or Sari Sapne fabrics the employees are so thrilled that we are there..they are thrilled that I am teaching a new generation to love sewing...they work with my students to make sure they find what they need...wake up Joanns, in this age of online fabric stores it’s Customer Service that will keep your customers coming back—Iwe won’t be returning.
